For the Swedish market:

Syrah: We are looking for 4,800 bottles of Hawke's Bay Syrah, vintage 2023, 2024 or 2025:
- Incoterms: FOB
- Price Range: Max NZD 13.60 per bottle (FOB)
- Style: A nuanced wine with typicity of the varietal and of Hawke's Bay.
Packaging Requirements:
- 750 ml bottles
- Weight glass (max 750g)
- Grape variety and Hawke's Bay must be clearly stated on the front label
Timeline
- Response Deadline to us: 12 December 2025
- Sample Delivery Deadline (Sweden): 3 February 2026
- Retail Launch Date: 18 September 2026
Chardonnay: We have received instructions from several importers to source 3,000 bottles of Hawke's Bay Chardonnay:
- Vintage: 2024 or younger
- Volume Required: 3,000 litres
- Region: Hawke's Bay
- Grape Variety: Chardonnay
- Incoterms: FOB
- Price Range: NZD 10.00 – 14.20 per bottle (FOB)
- Style: A refined Chardonnay that clearly expresses both its varietal character and the distinctive qualities of Hawke’s Bay terroir.
- Packaging Requirements:
  - 750 ml bottles
  - Weight glass (max 750g)
  - Grape variety and Hawke's Bay must be clearly stated on the front label

- Sample Delivery Deadline (Sweden): 22 December 2025

Sauvignon Blanc (Sparkling): We are seeking supply of Marlborough Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc:
- Vintage: 2025 or 2026
- Volume Required: 100,000 litres. It is possible to offer 50 000 liters of the 2025 vintage provided that there will be at least 70 000 liters of the following vintage.
- Region: Marlborough
- Style and taste profile: We are looking for a crispy and fruity and aromatic white sparkling wine with hints of gooseberry, pears, stone fruit, herbs and citrus. The wine must be produced using the Charmat/tank method/cuve close.
- Grape Variety: Minimum 85 % sauvignon blanc
- Incoterms: FOB
- Price Range: NZD 7.30 to NZD 9.20 per bottle (FOB)
- Packaging Requirements:
  - 750 ml bottles
  - Lightweight glass (max 625g)
  - Grape variety must be clearly stated on the front label

Albariño: We are seeking supply of a single-varietal Albariño wine.
Opportunity Details
- Vintage: 2024 or younger
- Volume Required: 8,000 litres
- Region: Open to proposals from any New Zealand wine region
- Grape Variety: Albariño
- Incoterms: FOB
- Price Range: NZD 9.70 – 13.20 per bottle (FOB), depending on quality
- Style: Fresh and fruity, with notes of stone fruit, apple, mineral, herbs, and citrus
- Packaging Requirements:
  - 750 ml bottles
  - Lightweight glass (max 420g) or PET
  - Grape variety must be clearly stated on the front label
Timeline
- Response Deadline to us: End of November 2025
- Sample Delivery Deadline (Sweden): 3 February 2026

For the Norwegian market:

Red wine Syrah based: We are looking for between 3,000 to 5,000 bottles of Red wine, vintage 2024 or 2025 vintage. The wine must have a minimum of 80% Syrah. Sensory criteria are fruit quality, mouthfeel and wood character would be discreet or no influence of wood.

- Glass light weight glass
- Grape variety must be clearly stated on the front label

- Retail Launch Date: September 2026
Sparkling White Wine (South Island grown grapes only): We are looking for between 5,000 to 10,000 bottles of Sparkling White Wine, any vintage.
Traditional method required, a blend of 100 % chardonnay, pinot noir and/or meunier. Minimum 16 months ageing on lees (written confirmation from producer must accompany the offer). Sensory criteria are Concentration, Mouthfeel, and Complexity.

For the Finnish market:

Closed: Pinot Noir 3-litre Bag-in-Box from vintage offered by the wine producer, with a desired volume of 25,000 to 40,000 litres. Preference is for filling the Bag-in-Box in New Zealand, but bulk shipment options will also be considered.
